Everything. I've worked for 3 other pest companies in my 20 years in this industry. While everyone preaches people first and customer service, HomeTeam actually lives it. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that this is a service industry and we sometimes have to do things for unpleasant people (customers) we would rather not do. Once you get past that fact, it's easy to see how much HomeTeam as a company actually appreciates it's employee's efforts and the fact that we all have lives to live outside of work.
