Pros
Take home truck, work cell, a certain amount of autonomy is given. The managers listen and do what they can to get you what you need. The majority of the employees are hard workers and willing to help others after their route is complete. The pay is good and there is plenty of room for advancement. There are company wide programs in place to even start grooming employees for management.
Cons
Can be long hours involved, sometimes using headlamps to finish work. I think this is due to a building boom. The different departments don't always communicate well and sometimes things can get a bit wonky.
