Great product and customer base. Take home vehicles for sales / service departments. Good salary for technicians. Growing rapidly. Stable employment / pay.
Cons
Benefits to employees are set up by Rollins which is less than desirable. The benefits (especially medical) do not stack up well against other large corporations. Rollins is only concerned with making as large a profit as possible, and all you're ever given as an explanation for the deficiencies is "We're self insured, and the expenses are too high." Well if that's the case then find insurance from an insurance provider and stop squeezing the employees. Managers are pressured to do more with less, and not appreciated for doing so. There is little formal training for new managers, but high expectations to perform as if you know what to do. Front line managers are not included in the company's employee focus. We are directed to "handle with care", but not "handled with care" from above. We are the forgotten class at HomeTeam.
