Pros

Great coworkers. Good spiff program (for now). Store management tries to support sales.

Cons

Retroactive commission changes (5 in 5 years, always a pay cut). New hires to be hourly only (no commission). If you do get commission, 1099 income will be 50%+ so expect large tax bills. Expected to work on days off from home due to lack of support. High turnover in management especially upper management. Adversarial relationship between warehouse, accounting, and sales. No benefits to speak of. Unsubsidized Kaiser (no company support) and some lackluster vision/dental options. There is a 401k but no matching.
