-Terrible benefits, management is afraid of making tough decisions to improve direction of the company, employees burdened by having multiple roles/responsibilities, overtime required, pay is uncompetitive. Company does not treat their employees well enough to keep good employees high turnover rate.

Horrible leadership. The president randomly shows up in the warehouse, yelling and screaming demands. She has no idea what she is doing, and is very emotional. She inherited the business from her father who is now to old to work. There is a saying, the state of a company is the reflection of its leader. She is a true mess. The other executives only talk about who they can fire. They do not follow instructions themselves. They are too good to wear safety vests in the warehouse. It makes us feel like they think they are better. Like many others, we are looking for a better more organized place to work. It truly sucks working here. Now to mention its absolutely freezing in the warehouse and they don't care. The racking is out of code, Some of the base plates are crooked. It's not safe. All it take is a small earth quake or time to bring down onto everyone. DO NOT WORK HERE. No real benefits (401k, employee programs, bonuses, nothing). They get rid of the leaders who actually want to bring positive change.
