7yThanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. We don’t take employee departures lightly at Honey and have a process in place to ensure that managers provide employees with coaching and constructive feedback. This is also something we're actively trying to do more of, more frequently.
We want to build a company where people work hard and are excited to be here and grow with us. There are going to be times when someone is not the right fit for Honey and we’re not the right fit for them. When that happens, our goal is to be as respectful and fair as possible, which means doing what we can to help someone transition onto a new opportunity.
