Pros

Great benefits and pay

Cons

The best way to compare HonorHealth is to slavery. You have management that keeps whipping the employees to do better with little resources. They don't care that they are short staff, they only care about numbers and patient survey's. I work in a medical practice and the amount of telephone calls we receive is off the roof! To give an example, our practice has ten providers, each see's about 3,000 patients and there are only 3 girls answering the phone!!!!!! Instead of getting help for the girls, they have management do prank calls to see how fast the girls answer, and how long it takes to schedule appointment, etc.... its not the girls fault!!! How can you expect 3 girls to answer phones for a practice that contains THOUSANDS of patients? It's not good for practice or for patients. Management doesn't seem to care.

Pros

There are dedicated RTs who genuinely care about patient care.

Cons

Leadership and communication at Four Peaks Medical Center are the biggest concerns. ● There is a lack of accountability when concerns are brought forward. ● The department is highly micromanaged by the director when she is onsite. ● Staff concerns are not consistently addressed. ● Noticeable turnover and open positions remaining vacant for extended periods create ongoing staffing challenges. ● Prospective employees should ask questions about staff retention, leadership style, and how concerns are handled. ● Staff are expected to float to the Florence location when needed.
