Pros

- Met some nice people in the lab - Benefits seem okay or average - Great location - I would only recommend working here if you can't find anything else at the moment and you don't want gaps in your work history, doesn't look too bad on your resume.

Cons

- Terrible management in laboratory: never follows through with issues in lab and never on top of things - Weird schedule - A lot of people call off and it falls on the people that actually work hard - Parking is terrible, should have made parking garages closer - Expect too much with little pay - No room to advance - I have my degree and I am getting paid lower than someone that works a customer service job with HS diploma - Patient care isn't priority I can tell you that

Pros

There are dedicated RTs who genuinely care about patient care.

Cons

Leadership and communication at Four Peaks Medical Center are the biggest concerns. ● There is a lack of accountability when concerns are brought forward. ● The department is highly micromanaged by the director when she is onsite. ● Staff concerns are not consistently addressed. ● Noticeable turnover and open positions remaining vacant for extended periods create ongoing staffing challenges. ● Prospective employees should ask questions about staff retention, leadership style, and how concerns are handled. ● Staff are expected to float to the Florence location when needed.
