Pros

Scottsdale Healthcare and John C. Lincoln merged to form Honor Health. Many changes have taken place and continue to take place. Together the two Healthcare systems are trying to meet the demands of the changing healthcare market.

Cons

Pay salary has been stagnant for many years. Merit raises despite being a top performer are 1-3%. Increased committees that take time away from the patient. Many new positions at the management and executive level to manage the merger between the two hospital systems.

Very good company to work for. Management is professional and does provide a pretty good work environment.

Pros

There are dedicated RTs who genuinely care about patient care.

Cons

Leadership and communication at Four Peaks Medical Center are the biggest concerns. ● There is a lack of accountability when concerns are brought forward. ● The department is highly micromanaged by the director when she is onsite. ● Staff concerns are not consistently addressed. ● Noticeable turnover and open positions remaining vacant for extended periods create ongoing staffing challenges. ● Prospective employees should ask questions about staff retention, leadership style, and how concerns are handled. ● Staff are expected to float to the Florence location when needed.
