Pros
Dealing with schools and helping educators. The intent is there but it is impossible to be successful with current management.
Cons
Really bad management. Micromanaged by non qualified Yes men. No training, no mentors. Former CEOs where interested in a culture of family. New CEO is cold brash and classless. The company has lost hundreds of agencies under her "management style". If you looking to start a career, don't look here. They call you an independent contractor and treat you as an employee. Can't wait for the class action suite.
