Cons
Management is a joke. No backbone to stand up to the bullies. They call everything a project...with nothing defined. The campus looks good on the outside but heaven forbid you go past the first floor...you would be better off working in the lobby. Outdated EVERYTHING....don't even waste your time trying to suggest something, nothing happens. There is no originality with anything. They take all their ideas from other organizations...which is why they are doing so much hiring outside. If you are an agent or a customer, just know they treat you both the same...like trash. This place is so VP heavy it's a joke. I guess they give out that title to fill the reserved spots. The pay is not bad but you will lose control at this place. Go somewhere else...I will. Ps...go somewhere else
