Decent starting salary for the area Ok benefits - 401K match, pension, ok health insurance Initial training can be good depending on who you get Some of the best co-workers I ever had Company pays for some industry and college courses

1-2% raises for most with little opportunity to move into higher paying position Performance reviews very inconsistent across teams and many managers play favorites Promotions given based more on who you know than how you perform Work distribution very uneven with some reps receiving near unmanageable workloads while others sit around and talk all day Poor overall management both at home office and regional office level Lots of college kids and few experienced reps on the floor due to high turnover
