Decent benefits & off all holidays paid

Cons

First off, training is a joke. I was thrown in with little to none and no prior banking experience. Thankfully my branch manager was amazing and showed me a lot. If you get scammed they’ll fire you quick, even when it’s not your fault and you tried your best. Job security is not there. HR and upper management will not stick up for you either. One mistake and you’re done.
