Pros

THE ONLY PRO WAS THE BENEFITS OF WHICH THANK GOD HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE POWERS THAT BE. IF UP TO THEM EVERY EMPLOYEE WOULD BE WITHOUT BENEFITS AND WOULD HAVE 1/3 OF THEIR PAY CUT! But it is not up to them. I predict before long there will be a UNION at this place. They have EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POSTERS EVERYWHERE AND THEY DO NOT SUPPORT the contents. This in itself is FRAUDULANT and DISHONEST. NOTHING there is fair!! If the BOARD does not take action SOON the CEO and MEDICAL director who do not even like one another will be sitting at HORIZON alone!!!!!!!

Cons

The CEO does have and has had great hopes for HORIZON. Problem is he does not step up and assure that "the right and honest" things are done. Poor guy has surrounded himself with an assembly of DIRECTORS WHO ARE INSIGHTING RIOTS AMONG THE EMPLOYEES!! They are angry at him and turning their own subordinates against HORIZON. My manager suggested that I go and stated he was right behind me!! Well he is still there! And now I feel he was threatened by me of whom had more service and knew his job like the back of my hand. I could do his job with ease!! He led me to resign and fully supported it!! I guess he was afraid someone else would see my AWESOME abilities and HIS LACK THEREOF!

Pros

The coworkers built lifetime friendships

Cons

Small groups are often at odds with employees, catty at times Pay discrepancies Employees are given cases based on supervisor preference After seeing the HR response, I don't feel right keeping silent any longer. I was a longterm employee. I was often handed the most dangerous cases despite pleas for my safety and offering suggestions on how to improve safety. This was not even remedied after a very violent situation in the office. I became aware than brand new trainees far exceeded my rate of pay with multiple years of experience and the credentials. We once had a meeting with the CEO at that time where he asked what would improve satisfaction. My suggestions were employee safety and salary evaluations due to unfair pay. The HR rep commenting on reviews reportedly approached my supervisor, advising her that I was "inappropriately challenging" him. After frank conversations with my coworkers and supervisors (not my own) that were present in the meeting, I am confident that I did not inappropriately address my concerns.
