Pros

Room for advancement. Offer great benefits, but that is not a good thing considering what is handed down to people from upper management.

Cons

Management does not listen and talk down to employees. Those who really care get treated unfairly.

Cons

Small groups are often at odds with employees, catty at times Pay discrepancies Employees are given cases based on supervisor preference After seeing the HR response, I don't feel right keeping silent any longer. I was a longterm employee. I was often handed the most dangerous cases despite pleas for my safety and offering suggestions on how to improve safety. This was not even remedied after a very violent situation in the office. I became aware than brand new trainees far exceeded my rate of pay with multiple years of experience and the credentials. We once had a meeting with the CEO at that time where he asked what would improve satisfaction. My suggestions were employee safety and salary evaluations due to unfair pay. The HR rep commenting on reviews reportedly approached my supervisor, advising her that I was "inappropriately challenging" him. After frank conversations with my coworkers and supervisors (not my own) that were present in the meeting, I am confident that I did not inappropriately address my concerns.
