Has a good work life balance

Cons

Zero corperate support, Insurance coverage is horrible, have to be there 15 years to get 3 weeks vacation, only 8 paid holidays, and pay scale is way below average. CEO does NOT care for his employees. If you want to get a ahead in life start by not working at Horner.
