Pros

Great people to work with, lots of laughter, but we know how to work and get a job done well. Some overtime is available, but it is not required. Some days are hectic, but coworkers are always willing to help. It is probably the least stressful job I've ever had, and I have worked here over 6 years now.

Cons

You have to work here 15 years before getting a 3rd week of vacation time, which is a little excessive. I have been a loyal employee for over 6 years, but I have another 8 to go before hitting the 15 year mark.... The pay is not highly competitive and the raises are irregular.

Pros

The people you work with are some of the best people you will meet in life. The Horner's are very caring people and care about each person that work for them. They know everyone by name.

Cons

I agree with other review the vacations are lacking. Timely reviews and raises would be nice.

*Owner who genuinely cares for his employees and isn't afraid to get into the shop *Pretty good insurance - owner absorbs a lot of the costs 401K match *Employees treat each other like family *Most of our tenure is over 15 + years with a lot of employees retiring in the 30 + and 40+ years category *Hires Veterans *Great Work/Life Balance

Cons

When you love coming to work that pretty much makes everything else small stuff
