For the most part the employees are pretty nice to work with.

Cons

Lack of transparency, everything has to be approved by Japan, no real room for growth, they will sabotage you if they don't like you, no real diversity in Management. They're aren't any black or hispanics running the dc's that I know of.

Good benefits, good colleagues, great products, successful business

Cons

Pay is not competitive with the field, very little opportunity for advancement, poor management, unnecessarily inflexible with work-life balance, company has policies that overcomplicate what should be simple processes, which creates inefficiency, and then blames entry level workers for those inefficiencies.
