The people I work with are great Good incentives

Cons

Needs organization Needs a lot of updating A lot of equipment is old and inefficient Lower level supervision does not seem to have any training managing employees. They only know numbers but they aren't even good at getting those because they don't manage employees.

Pay is not competitive with the field, very little opportunity for advancement, poor management, unnecessarily inflexible with work-life balance, company has policies that overcomplicate what should be simple processes, which creates inefficiency, and then blames entry level workers for those inefficiencies.
