Pros
Fellow employees are great to work with. Medical benefits are pretty good. But not much else.
Cons
They expect you to perform the workload of 2 to 3 other individuals while being paid the very minimum that your job title would allow. When you finally stand up for yourself and inform them you will no longer work yourself into an early grave, you're treated like a piece of trash who doesn't do any work for them. It's a "good ol' boy" system and they think they offer outstanding benefits to make up for the fact that they treat their employees like incompetent children.
