Pros
Pay is fair. Understand family issues come up and that you might need time off. They are very lenient. Can move up and grow.
Cons
Very Hot work environment. Very heavy pieces that you must pick up and sometimes rotate and flip the heavy pieces by yourself. Some pieces are over 100 pounds but most are between that and 75 pounds.
