Pros

Not a bad hourly wage ($23/hr) They will change your schedule at a moments notice- very dynamic They will short your bonus- because its only a bonus after all Very few co-workers to help with heavy lifting- so its up to you Love to feed you junk foods as a reward. For the 1st time since GRADE school, you get the chance to earn FUN BUCKS- oops, ment, Glass Cash- now don't you feel VALUED.

Cons

They promise opportunity then keep you at the same spot, or you'll learn new skills without being compensated for the additional time spend learning said skill. Pros

Great place to make lifelong friendships. Pay checks look good after mandatory overtime. Coworkers watch out for each other's safety.

Cons

The work is dangerous with very little incentives and very very hot during the summertime. Lifting 100lbs at a rapid pace for hours at a time. NO JOB SECURITY!!! In 3 years I have personally seen the president and vp fired and 8 supervisors fired on just one shift. No chance for advancement. Top pay $22hr

Pros

Commission Structure. High Deductible Insurance is really cheap and allows the chance to put money in a health savings account.

Cons

No job security. No trust of employees. Logging two GPS apps for every sales call. Terminated without good cause, warning, guidance or development plan. The mistaken presumption that strong sales numbers and positive feedback means your job is secure. Random firings creating an atmosphere of fear. No office day or office time for administrative duties of the sales job. 15-20 sales calls between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Longer drives between cities expected to be driven outside of business hours. Paying travel expenses up front with your personal funds. Expect to pay $2,000 -$3,000 worth of expenses during your 3 week training period before you have an opportunity to submit an expense report. The ownership takes "at will" employment seriously and gives no thought to terminations. VP level sales managers are hired and fired frequently, creating constant change.
