Pros
Decent pay. Great entry into a rewarding industry.
Cons
Previously owned by a small family bought out by a giant investment firm. They're only focused on profits and returns. That should be enough for you to decide if you want to work with this company. The office manager Sarah is the downfall of the Verdi location. Lying to corporate about reasons why production was failing and getting the original production manager and general manager fired. She creates a toxic work culture that I don't think anyone should be subjected to. Work out on the floor in unsafe, back-breaking work that you're expected to turn a blind eye too. Be expected to always constantly raise your numbers in an environment that's constantly being changed. Variables beyond your control that they expect you to somehow change.
