if you are close to management you will get good salary and work like a picnic. if you want to go for picnic, join here

Cons

company does all in house project and some little work for 1-2 client in US. staff in US makes a lot of money and treats off shore team is dirty people. only 2-3 top people in india office are there for 10-15years and making money. CEO is never in office and is never seen. they give fancy designations.
