Pros

- Salary on time. - Good for freshers.

Cons

- Company is full of freshers, management has been a failure to hire experienced candidates(an increase in ratings will help now). - No work-life balance. Weird comp-off policy. Sandwich leave policy. - WFH is a bane. Most of the time it is expected to work more than 12 hrs a day. - Even though it's a small company. There is no friendly environment. - There is no scope for developers to learn/try new things. Everyone is working on migration activities of old products. - Lack of appreciation. No awards like the star of the month/quarter. The only time you will get appreciated for work is when you resign and they want you to reconsider your decision. - There is only one QA available for a team of 6-8 developers. So either QA cannot take a leave, else the developer needs to do their job. Also, there is no DevOps team to handle the deployment-related task so QA remains responsible.
