Getting work through your degree here is nice, you learn to deal with the worst humanity has to offer here. That helps you deal with anyone in other jobs.
Cons
My department was overworked, lying about pay transparency, lying to students about scholarships and FASFA stuff and giving them to the children of the wealthy. This place only cares if you're rich/religious and straight. Tried reporting but no one gives a darn. The admins will listen to a rumor instead of rocking the boat when rumors fly among campus. Childish competition among the art department, students putting holes in canvases. Nobody is faithful here either, nothing but cheaters who will call you the wh*re if you don't enable their nonsense. Just such a disgrace watching professors participate in rumor spreading, hurting innocent students, and lying! So! Much! Lying! They should remove the christian aspect because that is the LAST thing this place is! No security on campus, you'll have your things stolen and the campus police will never help you.
