Very natural process of onborading, all the support and learning happens in a friendly and casual environment. I was introduced to all the software and the hardware and always allowed to ask questions and just play with it and learn by myself when time allows. Creativity and initiative are highly encouraged!

Might be harder to transition in a new role outside of what you were hired to do.

There is discretion in how you run a campus but very little.

The have been almost exclusively hiring part time and it becomes very difficult to move into a full time position with benefits.
