Retirement package Versatility of method Competent Friendly They work with their employees to educate them and help them deal with any administrative issues that might arise. It is always a learning experience.
Cons
Limited classes and funds (makes it difficult to always get the maximum amount of classes for pay) Some regulations can be very strict, though others are always willing to help out when you need help understanding these regulations. Class sizes can be large. Can't always get full hours (19.5 hrs)
