Pros

- Respectful student workers and office staff - Easy to find your way around campus - PT time hours allows flexibility to attend interviews

Cons

- Lousy single-digit hourly pay with no regard to previous experience. - Not challenging enough for experienced staff. You'll finish work early & have hours of trying to find something to do until the end of the work day. - It will take a month to get your first paycheck. (Think twice about accepting a PT offer if you don't live within a few blocks of the campus) - Gossip, gossip, gossip

There is discretion in how you run a campus but very little.

Cons

The have been almost exclusively hiring part time and it becomes very difficult to move into a full time position with benefits.
