Poor on benefits and professional development - Anonymous employee Houston Community College Employee Review

Although they are an institution of higher learning, they do little to help, develop or promote their employees. I was a dedicated employee, yet never got a performance review, never an hourly increase (not even cost-of-living) and even with many inquiries into full-time positions, they kept my with less that 20 hours per week.
