Great College... Terrible Leadership and Culture - Professor Houston Community College Employee Review

HCC has a culture of ignoring problems and promoting bad behavior. For example, if a manager, Director, Dean, etc does something egregious, they punish the offended employee by moving them and nothing happens to the offender. People are allowed to do whatever they want. They bully each other, yell, curse, ignore students, lie, steal, and cheat and are still able to keep their jobs. It shameful, embarrassing, and disgraceful.
