Pros
Lots of overtime available. Company has lunch and learns a lot and purchases food for employees monthly. Management purchase fresh fruits daily. Friendly office environment.
Cons
Volunteer overtime but if you say no then they will get rid of you. Jimmy, the manufacturing supervisor, has mood swings and a nasty attitude with employees. He uses verbal threats and intimidation to keep employees in line and encourages them to speak negatively about one another causing a hostile work environment. The other process technicians will try to get you fired if they do not like you and Jimmy will believe anything he hears about you from them. The other process technicians are very inexperienced as well and will be upset when they learn you have experience and assume you make more than them. Thus causing a jealousy that will cause them to start complaining about you hoping that it makes them look better so they can argue that they deserve to be making more than you. All in all, if you have experience do not waste your time.
