Pros
Great PTO, good benefits, 401k, ect. Branch level management is incredibly helpful and great to work with.
Cons
Senior management (anyone above branch manager level) is totally disconnected from front-line level employees. They are constantly changing policy/sales model but never set foot in a branch. Wages are way below what would be expected for the workload. This is almost 90% sales, and you are expected to push a product in every single transaction. Reviews/wage increases are based on team performance, so even if you exceed all personal goals, you are punished because your coworkers didn't work as hard as you. When it snows, you are still expected to show up to work, on time, only to be sent home to drive through the worst parts of the storm. All the while senior management is working from home because they have a remote connection to our systems. Essentially it is incredibly difficult to feel valued as an employee here, and you feel at all times that you are 100% replaceable. Personally have worked for the company for well over 2 years full time and have never once met (or even seen) the CEO in person.
