Pros
When you get to go home.
Cons
Before you read this, please note, I am not a bitter ex-employee, I left on my terms. Sometimes things have to be said to prove a point. The seriousness of the toxicity of this place is crippling to your daily health. Senior management is dreadful, and positivity starts at the top and trickles down. If the CEO will yell and curse at you and give you no respect, what do you think the rest of the SVP's will do? The board is blind to how the daily business is run and how the employees are treated. And yet, the seniors get the bonuses while we scrounge for the scraps. God forbid you ever make a mistake! Your yearly evaluation will be sure to prove that all the good that you have done for the company, does not amount up to the one error that you made all year. They love to make you feel worthless and to place blame on everyone but themselves. Don't come 1 minute late because as a manager I will point you into oblivion and make sure you feel like crap even before your day starts. Really, who came up with such an obnoxious rule (rhetorical HR). What is it, our new core value? Have a great idea? No, you don't! Just sit in the corner, hit goals, and make more money. Can I please replace one employee for my group? "No, you don't need them even though you lost 3 people already, we work lean and hard. If you can't cope with it, there's the door". - Senior Manager on a good day It's time for the employee survey! Let's fill it out again and see what doesn't change in the company. Anonymous you say, not sure about that. The company culture is not there if you have to tell us that we are having fun when we surely are not. Sure some people care, but they are not the people that can make the change.
