All they care about is sales now & days but don't like to share the profits. Upper management get bonuses but regular staff doesn't. You can achieve great success as a whole department and still be told we didn't do enough at the end of the year. Company expects you to be flexible but they try their hardest to not work with you. As of late, they have been treating new employees better in order to retain people due to high turn over. Minimal raises yearly unless the job market has changed dramatically & even then they try to minimize raises every year.
