Management constantly talking down to you and the team. Unfair expectations. Once your 3 month probation is up they will say “not enough progression”, they cleared out whole teams with this and with 0 notice (contract states they must give a weeks notice, after being there a month). Outbound sales roles is actually cold calling. There is 0 support and 0 care for the staff. It’s daily abuse from the people we call and management, for very low pay. They make a big deal about mental health, but if you suffer with mental health! They will continuously tell you “this job isn’t for you”.
