The opportunities for growth is undoubtedly a huge perk to being with a growing company. Not to mention the amazing treatments and the amazing teams we get to work with. Management implements an open door policy and are transparent when dealing with employees. They are fair and reasonable in their approach and also very fun to interact with. There's also an abundance of resources made available to make our jobs easier. The company hosts regular events not only for customers, but also the employees, which I truly appreciate. The company also openly acknowledges the accomplishments and performance of their employees which is incredible and very motivating.
