      Pros

      Company is growing fast. Great culture. Good benefits. Get paid weekly on Thursday’s! And it’s M-F!, with a few exceptions.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing so fast there is a lack of communication and leadership at time that it creates confusion and poor execution. Depending on when you started working for the company salary is below average. Also there is no sick time, you have to use your PTO.
