Pros
First off, I LOVE what I do! I wouldn't work for a company where I wasn't happy doing my job. I am happy and proud to work here. If you’ve been with the Company 3+ years, we’ve had a little bit of a shake-up, dramatic changes, and much-needed improvements. We have a new culture of high expectations and great leaders. For some, it’s a harsh transition. For most, it’s an opportunity to advance your career, and build a better you.
Cons
Not really a "con" for me, but the review headline sums up the pace of the Company (TY, Sheryl Sandberg). So, it might not be for you. We are quickly growing so there’s constant movement. The biggest challenge might be you. If you’re not happy, it could be a daily brawl for you. It depends on what your goals are. There are truly endless opportunities available here.
