Pros

Great benefits and perks: Annual bonus for all employees, 401k with immediate vesting (yes, it is a one-time a year match, but you don't have to wait 5 years for it to vest), a lot of employee events with food, end of month bagels/donuts, med/dental/vision all competitive with good choices and better prices than companies of same size (last year there was NO cost increase to employees and costs went down on certain plans). As for day to day working here, I love the people I work with at all levels. They are smart, talented and passionate about their work and one another. You feel like everyone wants everyone else to be successful. Days go by fast because there is a lot to do and the deadlines are tight. Management reacts to feedback, and they share what they are doing to make things even better. Heard that 30% of jobs are filled internally, so there are promotion opportunities.

Cons

As of this date, we are spread across 3 buildings, so I miss the connectedness we had when we were altogether, but before the end of the year, we will be together in a new building (being built now). Others have mentioned turnover, and it is probably higher than management would like it, but it seems that people often don’t know what company they are joining. When people talk about the fast pace, they aren’t kidding. It is not for everyone, even though everyone says they want it. Growing as fast as we are, managers have to change plans quickly – it is not indecisiveness, it is adapting. But it is change, and some people prefer a more routine type of company.
