If you want to grow here you have to be favorited by the director/HR. Its so many politics in this corporate office. Gossip, favoritism and Diva mentalities, Which is ironic since thats what we go against. Its Tolerable because of the friendly environment but prepare to be overworked, treated like a robot and not a human, paid in donuts, bagels, pennies, nickels and dimes lol literally cents for annual raises when we made millions a week. Basically expect nothing. Theres no opportunity for growth.
