Pros

Great product and it’s a well loved service. Decent branding and product has a good reputation.

Cons

BDMs and CESs are EXTREMELY UNDERPAID and overworked. WAY too much busy work. LOTS of people looking to leave because of this. This company will have a hard time attracting new and keeping current employees if they don’t make the salary more competitive and the ridiculous “busy” work for the BDM and CESs less. Too many variables needed to make any commissions and constantly changing and unrealistic “goals”. The high turnover rate will continue to happen if this isn’t changed . The Capital Sales managers make ALL the money and it’s very unfair and the field people do the real work supporting customers. Lots of companies trying to steal and hire unhappy Hydrafacial employees because of the low pay!
