The workflow process is constantly changing and none of the departments seem to communicate with each other when these changes happen. The most recent launch of their flagship device in March has been unmitigated chaos. We were given little warning, no training, and we weren’t even told how the thing worked until we started getting flooded with calls and e-mails with defective devices.
