Run, Forest, run!!! - Project Manager HydraFacial Employee Review

God-awful upper management! They are always covering themselves and pointing finger at the everyone else. Executives in-fight with one another and everyone is dragged into their drama. Horrible communication by them. One minute it's go left, then, why are you going left?? I said right! Alot of cursing at employees and made to feel inept. HR is a joke, they are all new and have no clue on what is needed and provide no support whatsoever. The machines are always failing and are cheaply made. This is all hidden from the CEO and the investors.
