Pros

Good entry level job. You will learn a lot that you can apply elsewhere.

Cons

The CES team is highly underpaid, gets paid a couple dollars above minimum wage and asked to sell millions of dollars a year without the proper compensation. The outside sales team gets commission on everything CES sells. There was no Thanksgiving, Christmas or extra end of the year bonus even though the team DOUBLED the kpis and went above and beyond to be great. Team got old merch that did not sell as a Christmas gift which felt like a slap in the face considering all the work that this team does. We get paid in pizza and donuts while getting things added to our job description constantly. Was hired to support lower tier accounts (hint: customer experience title), now we are the full time assistants to sales team, Hydrafacial employee estheticians, RND , training and event support etc. You are much better off working at a spa and will make more in tips.
