The environment is fast paced, with a ton of opportunity to share new ideas, create new processes, and establish best practices to scale internationally. If you're agile and nimble, and love building things, this is a great place to work. Plus, the product is the best, so it's easy to have a lot of passion for what we do. They have some great training programs for new joiners that are super helpful and impressive, regardless of your role in the company. The company embraced remote/hybrid work for some corporate roles in 2022, which opened up a career at BeautyHealth to those like me who live outside of the Long Beach, California area.
