Pros

*people are nice to work with *i like benefits they offer *I think the quarterly meetings was a good idea on paper, i rarely talk to my boss though *we get free food a lot but thats mostly because customer care lets us have some of their leftovers when they get food for their team

Cons

*very small bonus for amount of work expected *never see my boss *was promised hybrid work schedule, it even says I am hybrid on my ultipro, but I work from the office 5 days a week *everyone including managers joke about tech support being the worst department but no one does anything to fix it
