Pros

- Hydrafacial is a treatment that works and clients love it - Working with like minded individuals who have become life long friends - working with different accounts and helping their business - great practice of skills to work efficiently

Cons

- Hypocritical with values of what “won team” stands for because leadership does the opposite - Some managers are unqualified to lead a team however still promoted to manage people - Micro management: sharing all the details of a calendar with requirements of having visits for the day with location- it might be more efficient to put a tracker on your team in this case- as not everyone has the same process using a calendar - The company has lost a lot of great and valuable employees rapidly - Unorganized and in a state of constant chaos - Manager is not motivating or a qualified leader of people. They don’t have trust in employees and treat adults like children -Depending on your territory you travel an insane amount
