Pros
Decent autonomy and there are some really great people trudging along beside you.
Cons
It's really sad to see what has happened to the company. The board made countless poor decisions a few years ago, and unfortunately it all came tumbling down. From bad hires in leadership, bad fires in leadership, poor rebranding, and failed product development, what was once a great company has completely spiraled to rock bottom. Currently the company suffers from catastrophic management/leadership, and products that are now subpar, not to mention round after round of layoffs.
