Working in the production warehouse is simply just crazy. They had temp agency workers training new temp agency workers. Temp agency workers get no company benefits, no raises and no bonuses. They actually deliberately exclude them from company events. So they do all the work and don't get rewarded. Additionally, they keep temps for 9 months to over a year before hiring them. There's no official training. They just show you some pictures and talk about it. They put all the responsibility on the new worker to ask questions and figure everything out but new workers don't know what they don't know. It's the most toxic work environment I've ever been in. Nobody who's worked there for years cares. They show they don't care and I don't blame them, the turn over rate is exhausting.
